1. Purchase you ticket(s) by calling our Call Center.
You can purchase your ticket with home delivery through our Call Center (hours are Monday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m.) by dialing 2206-7770.
Our operators will assist you in selecting the zone and preferred available seats. You can choose the option that is most convenient for you to purchase one or more tickets (please read closely our Terms and Conditions):
a)If you wish to have the ticket delivered to your home, please request this option to our personnel and you will be able to make your purchase with a credit or debit card or cash (there will be an extracharge for delivery).
b) If you wish to pick up your ticket at any of our Points of Sale, the operator will provide a purchase code that must be presented, along with an ID, when you pick up your ticket.
c) In case the ticket(s) reservation option is available, a charge for an initial deposit will be made and will be discounted from the transaction total once the final purchase is made a the sales point.
IMPORTANT:
Do not forget the code for withdrawing the ticket: it will identify your purchased or reserved ticket when you withdraw it at one of our Service Points.
Do not let the reservation deadline expire, if applicable (normally 96 hours after receiving confirmation). In case of expiration the reservation will no longer be valid and you will lose the deposit.
2. Purchase your ticket(s) or reserve them (if this option is available) through our internet site Specialticket.net (service charge applicable). Read our Terms and Conditions . carefully. For first time users Register
3. Purchase your ticket(s) directly at the Authorized Points of Sale. (Service charge applicable).
